OVERVIEW

As a member of the Admissions & Marketing team, you will play an important role in promoting our schools to a global audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases the experiences of our international students and implementing effective marketing strategies in key target markets. Reports to: Director of Admissions & Marketing (DOMA)

Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of our schools, summer schools and other educational products and activities to promote them to the international market.
  • Build strong working relationships with our leadership, marketing and admissions teams.
  • Ensure you build and maintain a detailed understanding of the aims and objectives of our organisation.
  • Content Creation and Storytelling:
  • Develop and curate engaging content that highlights the stories, achievements, and cultural diversity of our international pupils.
  • Craft narratives that resonate with prospective students, parents, and educational partners worldwide.
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across social media, websites, newsletters, and videos, to effectively share stories with prospective families, current pupils, alumni and agents.
  • Collaborate with school leadership and admissions teams to understand enrolment goals and market priorities.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions, considering cultural nuances and preferences.
  • Analyse market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with admissions to align marketing efforts with recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborating with school and Wishford marketing teams to contribute to the schools’ online presence across platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Maintain and update portals including Boarding Schools Network.
  • Produce and tailor content and documents for key agents and partners.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Attending international education fairs, conferences, and events to represent the group as required.
  • Foster relationships with agents, alumni, current students, and parents to identify opportunities to further support pupil recruitment.
  • Work within an allocated budget, ensuring accurate reporting of expenditure.
