Agence Media leader sur le marché Français, notre rôle est de conseiller nos clients, grands comptes implantés dans plusieurs pays, sur la façon de mettre en place leurs campagnes publicitaires locales et pan régionales. Havas International, filiale du Groupe Havas Media, branche Média et Communication du Groupe Havas, recherche des stagiaires. Nous recherchons notre futur(e) International Media Assistant pour plusieurs comptes communicant en France et à l’international. Les missions du futur stagiaire seront de venir en soutien d’executives et managers conseil dans la gestion de différents clients (soutien dans la coordination des différents experts et autres tâches opérationnelles…). Notre domaine d’intervention n’a pas de limite géographique et concerne tous les médias onlines et offlines. Vos futurs défis ? Relation et coordination avec les différents experts (Social, Programmatique, Publishing, Offline) lors des différentes étapes de la campagne (briefing des experts, challenger les recommandations media, suivi des retroplannings, suivi de campagne, présentation de bilan de performances et autres…). Répondre aux différentes demandes et besoins client afin de proposer des activations média adéquates. Être à l’affût du marché et des dernières innovations média, techniques, data (Soutien sur des dossiers transverses, études ad-hoc, compétitive…). Soutien dans le suivi financiers des différentes campagnes. Coordination avec les marchés locaux (Suivi de briefing, suivi de campagne, soutien quotidien sur diverses demandes). Votre profil ? Expérience : Stage, 1ère expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du marketing ou des médias serait appréciée (en agence, en régie ou chez l’annonceur). Formation et langues : Equivalent Bac+4/5 (Ecole de commerce, de communication, de publicité ou université). Anglais courant impératif, une seconde langue est un plus. Technical skills : Maitrise avancée du Pack Office (PPT/Excel). Appétence pour les chiffres. Soft skills : Organisation et rigueur. Prise d'initiative / curiosité. Multitâches, flexibilité, adaptabilité. Esprit d'équipe / collaboration.
