  • Negotiate purchase and sales contracts, pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and Incoterms.
  • Monitor international fuel prices, market trends, supply-demand conditions, freight rates, and geopolitical developments.
  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and trading proposals for customers.
  • Manage the complete trading cycle from initial enquiry and negotiation through contract execution, shipment, documentation, delivery, and payment.
  • Coordinate with shipping, logistics, operations, finance, and documentation teams.
  • Review and manage trade documentation including invoices, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, inspection certificates, Letters of Credit, and related documents.

  • Develop new markets and expand the company's international customer and supplier network.

  • Ensure transactions comply with applicable international trade regulations, sanctions requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage counterparty and commercial risks associated with international fuel trading.
  • Support management with market intelligence, forecasts, trading opportunities, and competitor information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, Petroleum/Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international fuel, petroleum, oil products, or commodity trading.
  • Strong understanding of international fuel markets and pricing.
  • Existing international network of fuel suppliers and/or buyers is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of shipping, logistics, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and high-value transactions.
  • Understanding of Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, international payments, and trade finance is an advantage.
