Your tasks:

Timely delivery to foreign subsidiaries
Creation and processing of transports, deliveries and delivery notes
Commissioning, coordination and scheduling of freight forwarding services (container and air freight)
Preparation of export documents
Invoicing to customers
Daily monitoring of delivery dates and upstream picking and packing processes
Continuous optimization of packaging and batch sizes in the goods receipt and goods issue process
Escalation in case of lack of material availability
Handling of complaints (transport damage, shortages, incorrect deliveries, material defects)
Evaluation, monitoring and reporting of process-relevant key performance indicators
General support in coordinating and managing the shipping process

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
Good user knowledge of SAP, SAP GTS and MS Office
Secure communication in German and English (email and telephone)
Experience in order processing, shipping and export, as well as in cooperation with freight forwarders, is desirable.
