Description

Specific responsibilities of the role: * Process of several international outsourced payrolls * Ensures compliant payments of salaries, taxes and social charges for all countries on a timely and monthly basis; * Reviews and updates monthly vacation accruals * Books payroll entries in the accounting system * Reconciles payroll accounts with General Ledger on a monthly basis; * Ensure compliance with the company policies and our SOX and other control procedures; * Supporting specific payroll projects * Maintains and protects employee information and payroll operations by keeping information confidential; Education, Experience and Skill Requirements: * 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Finance/Human resources department * Detail and numbers oriented and strong documentation control skills; * Strong excel skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently; * Appropriate handling of confidential information; * Ability to work within a multinational environment; * Pro-active; hands on mentality; motivated; team player; * Fluent in English; any other language an advantage; * Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit;
