Description
RH is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, supporting our France payroll operations. This role is critical to supporting our global teams by managing payroll execution, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and fostering strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a passion for precision, process excellence, and continuous improvement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing for France, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local statutory requirements. Provide payroll support for additional international countries as needed, coordinating and validating payroll data with external vendors. Prepare and execute payroll payments accurately and on schedule. Manage relationships with payroll providers, HR teams, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution. Validate payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution within strict deadlines. Coordinate payroll approvals in Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, including payslips, funding instructions, and required reporting in partnership with Finance. Upload and release payroll payments through banking platforms while maintaining strong internal controls. Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, reports, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, company policies, and SOX requirements across supported regions. Respond to employee payroll inquiries, government correspondence, and compliance notices such as tax filings, wage orders, and employment verifications. Support month-end close, audits, and broader Finance or HR initiatives by providing accurate payroll data and insights. Stay current on French payroll legislation and relevant international payroll regulations, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Provide secondary payroll processing support for additional international countries, as needed, providing coverage, expertise, and operational continuity based on business priorities and regional demand, while maintaining France as the primary area of ownership OUR REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of payroll experience, with demonstrated ownership of payroll processing in France; multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of French employment and payroll laws, with exposure to other European payroll regulations a plus. Experience with payroll systems such as Neeyamo Payroll 3.0 and HR/Finance technologies (Oracle HCM, Dayforce, Google Workspace, MS Office). Fluency in English and French required; additional European language skills (German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch) are a plus. Experience supporting payroll in the UK, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Germany are a plus. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated ownership and accountability in managing payroll processes end-to-end. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Complete work at a computer for extended periods of time. Communicate effectively in person and through written and digital channels. Frequently remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday. Occasionally attend virtual or in-person meetings across multiple time zones.
