Position Overview ANSER is seeking an experienced Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) International Policy Analyst to support an Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) client onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will support strategic international engagement efforts with foreign mission partners and international standards bodies to advance interoperability and alignment with Department of War (DoW) ICAM objectives. Day to Day Responsibilities Provide analytical support on international and NATO ICAM standards, agreements, and policies, offering guidance to DoW leadership. Lead engagement efforts with foreign mission partners and international standards organizations to ensure interoperability with DoW ICAM objectives. Analyze and interpret international policies and technical standards to assess impacts on DoW ICAM architecture and security posture. Develop strategic recommendations for integrating international best practices into DoW ICAM policy and governance frameworks. Coordinate with internal DoW stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to ensure international requirements are reflected in ICAM standards and solutions. Support the development of briefing materials, position papers, and policy documentation for senior-level engagements with international partners. Advise leadership on ICAM implications related to international data sharing agreements and cross-domain access scenarios. Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field. Will consider an addition four (4) years of directly related experience in lieu of degree. 10 years of professional experience 7 years of experience supporting Federal or DoW ICAM initiatives, particularly in policy, governance, or international engagement roles. Demonstrated experience working with international partners or standards organizations such as NATO or Five Eyes on cybersecurity or identity management initiatives. Demonstrated deep knowledge of DoW and Intelligence Community (IC) ICAM standards, directives, policies, and procedures. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in international relations, Public Policy, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Experience developing and negotiating Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or other international agreements. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
