As an International PR Lead Expert, you will influence how MOL Group communicates its story - both within the company and to the world. You’ll craft strategic messages, and manage high-impact PR campaigns that support MOL Group’s transformation journey. Working closely with senior management and international partners, you’ll strengthen your stakeholder management skills. What are the daily tasks? Create and deliver high-quality PR content - including copywriting, presentations, speeches, and press materials for internal and external audiences in both Hungarian and English. Provide communications support to senior management, including speechwriting, messaging, and personalized communication materials. Plan, lead, and coordinate PR campaigns on both Group and country levels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery of communication materials. Lead crisis communication efforts and manage complex or sensitive reputation issues in both internal and external communications. Continuously research and implement best practices from within and outside the organization to improve communication efficiency and impact. Who We’re Looking For? Educational Background University or College degree (preferably in Communications, Media, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline). Professional Experience 5–10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably in an international context. Skills and Competencies Exceptional writing and editing skills in English and Hungarian. Attention to detail and accuracy in all communication. Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder needs. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with a team-oriented mindset. International outlook and experience in cross-cultural communication.
