About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and personable International Tax Advisor to join our close-knit team. You’ll work directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, advising on complex UK and cross-border tax issues involving residency, domicile, trusts, and offshore structures. This is a client-facing role requiring clear, practical advice to help clients manage their UK tax compliance and optimise their global tax position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of international clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Prepare and/or review UK Self-Assessment tax returns, including complex disclosures and double tax relief claims.
  • Handle CGT (including non-resident CGT), ATED, ROE, non-resident landlord company Corporation Tax, and IHT returns.
  • Advise on global mobility and pre-/post-arrival UK tax planning.
  • Draft advisory reports on UK tax planning for offshore trusts and corporate structures.
  • Provide property structuring and de-enveloping advice.
  • Interpret and advise on current and upcoming legislative changes (e.g. 2025 non-dom reforms, FIG regime, TRF, etc.).
  • Support clients with HMRC enquiries, disclosures, and settlements.
  • Coordinate with family offices, trustees, legal and tax professionals internationally.
  • Produce thought leadership and client updates.
  • Stay up to date with relevant tax developments.
