International Procurement Engineer - Zhongtian Marine Cable Job Responsibilities - End-to-End International Procurement Execution: - Oversee the company’s imported product procurement business. - Manage the complete international procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, price comparison, business negotiation, contract execution, order follow-up, product inspection, logistics arrangement, and payment settlement. - Possess strong contract management skills to draft and review international procurement contracts, with an understanding of basic legal clauses. - Customs & International Trade Compliance: - Take responsibility for the company’s customs affairs. - Demonstrate mastery of Incoterms 2020 trade terms. - Be familiar with international shipping, cargo insurance, and customs clearance procedures. - Candidates with experience in freight forwarding and customs declaration are preferred. - Saudi Factory Localization & Supplier Management: - Conduct localized procurement and resource development for the Saudi-based manufacturing plant. - Master methodologies for international supplier evaluation, selection, and ongoing management. - Implement global supply chain market research, track raw material price fluctuations, industry capacity, and other market trends. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Demonstrate strong internal coordination skills. - Cooperate efficiently with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, finance, and logistics departments. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above. - CET-6 certified, with fluent oral English and proficient business English writing skills. - Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in international procurement or related fields. - Clear logical thinking, fluent writing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Possess organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

This role manages the end-to-end international procurement lifecycle for imported products, covering sourcing, negotiation, contract execution, logistics, and payment settlement. The engineer is also responsible for customs compliance and conducting localized procurement and supplier management for the Saudi manufacturing plant.
