Responsibilities:

  • Identifying company needs in goods, raw materials, or equipment required for production or sales;
  • Coordinating procurement volumes and timelines with internal departments;
  • Creating delivery schedules considering production plans and warehouse stock levels;
  • Monitoring international markets to find new suppliers;
  • Analyzing offers based on cost, quality, and delivery terms;
  • Conducting negotiations with foreign partners, agreeing on cooperation terms;
  • Preparing and executing contracts with foreign suppliers;
  • Organizing international deliveries, selecting optimal routes and transportation methods (sea, air, road, or rail transport);
  • Interacting with transport companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers;
  • Monitoring delivery times and compliance with transportation conditions;
  • Preparing documents for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, certificates, contracts, etc.);
  • Verifying delivered products for compliance with requirements and specifications;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international procurement, foreign trade operations, or logistics;
  • Experience working with chemicals, petrochemicals, various equipment, and parts;
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher;
  • Knowledge of international trade principles, customs regulations, and logistics processes;
  • Understanding of various transportation methods and specifics of transport logistics (sea, air, road, rail);
  • Skills in contract drafting and working with foreign trade documentation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP systems and/or 1C;
