Company Description Bosch Home Comfort India Limited Job Description We’re looking for an International Product Manager to join our Product Management team and lead our product portfolio strategy for a given segment within the residential AC Business. In this role, you’ll shape the product roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure our portfolio meets customer needs across diverse markets including Asia, Europe, and Americas. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management Define and execute product strategies for Bosch’s Home Comfort RAC Portfolio Segment (e.g., Super Mass Residential AC). Manage the entire product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, and end-of-life. Ensure alignment with Bosch’s global roadmap and regional market needs working with national product managers Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Gather customer requirements and translate them into product features. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position products effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure requirement collection, market understanding and translating them to product requirements and platform requirements. Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proactive, goal- and solution-oriented, responsible and technically minded Familiarity with HVAC/energy systems is a plus
