International Program Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation research. You’ll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives using tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and track information, Microsoft Project to manage schedules, Microsoft Word to develop contractual and other technical documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations. You Have: 10+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or cost analysis, including in U.S. Navy programs or operations Experience with technical integration and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) programs Experience leading teams of five or more employees in a client service environment Experience with strategic planning and managing program risks, issues, and opportunities Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Knowledge of financial analysis or cost analysis Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities, manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision, and collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a Business field Nice If You Have: Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process Experience working with foreign stakeholders Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in Business or a technical field Strategic Planning or Process Improvement Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
