• Educated to degree level, or of equivalent graduate calibre to apply critical reasoning skills and independent analytical thinking is essential.
• Understanding of and experience in managing and development projects and their successful delivery is essential.
• Experience in working with external partners and suppliers is essential.
• First class written and oral communications skills in English are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally are essential.
• A good understanding of the principles of customer focussed care in project management is essential.
• Ability to work within a complex environment with international responsibilities, providing support as required across a portfolio of needs is essential.
• A self-starter, able to work flexibly and on own initiative, being a proactive and hands-on member of a small team.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and conflicting deadlines, work methodically, achieve targets and respond to changing needs.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Able to handle complex and delicate situations requiring tact and diplomacy.
• Understanding cultural differences and having cultural sensitivity when working with partners from various countries and backgrounds.
