JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is a global real estate investment company with a diverse portfolio of high-value assets across key international markets, specialize in providing strategic property investment opportunities to global clientele. They are expanding rapidly and currently in the hunt for dynamic and driven International Property Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients through commercial roadshows, networking events, referrals and other lead generation sources. He/She will play a critical role in promoting investment offerings and fostering long-term client relationships on an international scale.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales, business development or front-line client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for roadshows and client meetings.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Background or interest in real estate or investment products is preferred, not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new client leads through commercial roadshows, events, networking, referrals and other strategic channels.
  • Present and promote real estate investment opportunities to prospective clients, both individuals and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Stay informed on global property market trends and investment products to effectively advise clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Represent the company professionally at international events, exhibitions, and investor briefings.
