PROCESS/OPERATIONS

· Maintain accurate procurement logs and stock records.
· Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimise cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
· Identify and address risks related to stock shortages or supply chain disruptions.
· Collaborate closely with the Head of procurement to ensure adequate resources are available to meet business demands.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and industry standards.

The International Purchasing Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily ordering and ensuring efficient processes are upheld. They will take responsibility for accurate and up to date logs, and stock management within the procurement environment. The role will be responsible for negotiating through international shipping and potential risk to business arising from stock disturbance, The role supports and links in with the entire procurement team, ensuring adequate resources are in place to fulfil business demands.
