Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and globally connected Real Estate Sales Agent to join our international sales division. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of cross-border transactions, international client relations, and the ability to navigate diverse property markets. You will represent high-value properties in Abu Dhabi and assist clients from various countries in making informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property transactions for international clients, including buying, selling, and leasing
  • Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, legal frameworks, and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, relocation clients, and corporate buyers
  • Coordinate with developers and legal teams to ensure smooth cross-border transactions
  • Promote listings through international marketing channels and property expos
  • Stay informed about global market trends, currency implications, and investment strategies
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s international growth

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or investment advisory
  • Proven track record of working with international clients and closing high-value deals
  • Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required
  • Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, or Arabic are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and international property platforms
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Cultural sensitivity and global mindset
