Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process and for matching candidates with open vacancies.

TASKS:

  • Drafting and publishing job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Reviewing CVs and application letters, screening candidates and ultimately assessing their suitability.
  • Conducting interviews with potential candidates from different cultural backgrounds and languages.
  • Checking references of candidates when necessary.
  • Collaborating with external recruitment agencies and headhunters to find suitable candidates.
  • Establishing contact and agreeing on cooperation arrangements in consultation with the Manager Operations.
  • Managing progress.
  • Managing talent pools and maintaining contact with potential candidates for future vacancies.
  • Proactively keeping track of data and analyses to measure and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Monitoring developments in the international labor market and advising colleagues and candidates accordingly.
  • Carrying out employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s image as an attractive employer.
  • Building and expanding a strong network of international contacts and recruitment channels to find potential candidates.
  • Searching for and selecting new international employees as well as determining the right recruitment strategy.
  • Preparing benchmarks regarding the attractiveness of the vacancy and adopting an advisory role towards the client.
  • Visiting clients in preparation for drafting the vacancy.
