We connect global businesses with top talent from Pakistan, UAE, and the Philippines, helping organizations scale with efficiency and excellence. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled International Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients to understand role requirements and deliver top talent. Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to source qualified candidates across local and international markets. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely candidate submissions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future technical roles. Ensure compliance with client and company recruitment standards and maintain accurate records in the ATS. Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in international technical recruitment (preferably for US-based clients). Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, cloud specialists, IT support). Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work during US EST evening hours (5 PM 9 PM PKT). Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
