PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Recruitment Manager drives the recruitment process and assists with the admissions activities of the College as part of a cross-functional team. The Recruitment Manager assists the Director of Recruitment in the development and implementation of the recruitment plan and the management of the promotional, sales and recruitment operations and budget and building relationships with key agents. The Recruitment Manager is expected to be able to develop effective business relationships and opportunities, both in the UK and offshore and to implement sales and recruitment strategies that will achieve agreed targets. The Recruitment Manager is expected to work as part of the Admissions and Recruitment team as well as collaborate closely with the Student Services Team and the University’s Global admissions and recruitment staff. The Recruitment Manager will be expected to support applications to the pathway college.
