International Recruitment Officer Job Summary Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking an International Recruitment Officer to support and coordinate overseas recruitment activities. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with international recruitment agencies, sourcing qualified candidates from different countries, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment and mobilization processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a good understanding of international recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities Communicate and coordinate with international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment partners. Source and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements. Review candidate profiles and ensure alignment with job specifications. Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate documentation. Follow up on visa processing, mobilization, and deployment timelines with external agencies. Negotiate recruitment terms and service agreements with recruitment partners when required. Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate pipelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. Prepare periodic recruitment reports and updates for management. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment, or manpower outsourcing. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience dealing with overseas recruitment agencies is preferred. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines.
