Job Description Salomon is accelerating its retail expansion with ambitious plans. We are looking for an International Retail Development Director W/M to lead and execute this growth across key markets in Europe. The key areas of the role will focus on: Driving and executing store opening timelines to meet targets. Scouting and evaluating new locations in Europe in collaboration with real estate agencies, ensuring alignment with Salomon’s retail playbook and long-term strategy. Present plans to executive leadership teams. Manage the full development cycle from lease negotiation and legal coordination to construction oversight and handover to the retail operations team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Retail Operations to ensure seamless store launches. Lead a construction and real estate team. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience 5–10 years experience in international retail development, real estate, and store construction. Proven track record of cross-border store openings. Strong financial acumen and CAPEX management. Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives as well as contractors.
