Job Description Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include: Inputting, processing and tracking customer orders. Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates, address concerns and answer questions. Consistent, positive interaction and collaboration with other departments. Inputting and processing new item and new vendor paperwork. General day-to-day sales and administrative support. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Organization and stellar time management skills are a must Written and verbal communication skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently within strict deadlines. Positive demeanor, team player Accuracy and keen attention to detail Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
