Description

We are looking for a highly motivated International Sales and Support Representative to drive international sales expansion and provide technical support for our Bell Sensing Technologies division. This role is key in expanding our market presence, supporting distributor partners, and ensuring product deployment in EMEA, LATAM and Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will combine business development expertise with strong interest in IOT.
Location: Europe - Ideally Netherlands/Belgium
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Travel Requirement: 20 to 30% (globally, including the USA)
Salary package: €60k + €10k performance bonus

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to distributors and key customers worldwide to ensure effective implementation and use of our connected solutions.
  • Identify and establish interest with PCO customers and distributors across key international markets, strengthening our global presence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for distributor partners, assisting with product presentations (webinars, workshops), technical support (phone/web meetings/on-site), product conversions, and market expansion at an international level.

  • Monitor global industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing and technical support, to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction globally.
  • Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all regions.
  • Represent the company at global trade shows, industry events, and professional networking opportunities with the regional manager.
