EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Assistant to support our sales operations on a global scale. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, efficient client communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Tasks

Sales Support & Coordination

• Prepare for sales appointments and assist sales representatives during the negotiation phase.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, such as drafting contracts, processing orders, and preparing proposals.
• Responsible for the creation, coordination, and performance reporting of all sales campaign content.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
• Monitor customer portfolios to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Support the promotion of products and services during commercial campaigns, offering recommendations and tailored advice.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and execution.
• Contribute to the development of new offers and participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of one year in a sales assistant or related administrative role; experience in international trade or as a sales representative is a plus.
• Comfortable with internet-based tools, email platforms, and commercial software.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize data effectively to aid decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in administrative tasks and data management.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Autonomous: Demonstrates independence in handling tasks and decision-making.
