THE OPPORTUNITY
Waterloo Biofilter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Director to lead our growth outside Ontario. This is a key role driving our fastest-growing markets in Canada East, Canada West, and the USA. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with engineers, designers, builders, and installers, winning new projects, and expanding our presence across North America.
We’re looking for a sales-forward leader with the ability to open doors, build trust quickly, and close business. Wastewater or related industry experience is a strong asset, but we are equally open to exceptional salespeople from technical or construction-related industries who are eager to learn.
Expect 25–33% travel across North America. The role can be based from our Guelph office or a home office in Central Canada.
