Job DescriptionAs an International Sales Manager at Funke Medical you will be responsible for the international sales of our products and will independently manage existing and new distributors in various countries. You will analyse target markets, develop sales strategies, prepare quotations and conduct price and contract negotiations in close consultation with management.

Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining customer relationships, attending trade fairs and specialist events, liaising with production, quality assurance and logistics, and preparing sales and forecast reports. This is a full-time position. The company’s head office is located at DE 46348 Raesfeld; in addition to work-related travel, a regular proportion of working from home is possible.

1. QualificationsStrong sales expertise in an international environment, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector, as well as experience in establishing and expanding markets and sales structures.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, a confident manner when dealing directly with customers, and strong negotiation skills.
3. Fluency in German and English; knowledge of another foreign language, such as Spanish or French, would be an advantage.
4. A degree in business studies or management or an equivalent qualification, combined with relevant professional experience in international sales.
5. Willingness to travel extensively, intercultural competence, a structured approach to work, as well as strong teamwork skills and a sense of personal responsibility.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard Office applications, particularly for producing analyses, reports and presentations.
