About the Role: A leading lubricant and grease manufacturer with a strong presence in the Middle East and global export markets is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive international business growth across key regions including Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Job Title: International Sales Manager Lubricants & Grease (Global Markets) Location: UAE / Mumbai (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Either from UAE office or India Office (Mumbai) Candidate must be flexible to travel and stay in different countries as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify, develop, and manage distributors, agents, and direct customers within the assigned territory. Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and customer requirements. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and promotional materials for clients. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required. Monitor receivables, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive). Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and regional market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to multicultural environments
