JOIN A GLOBAL HEARING HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION

You will join a main supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. From our headquarters we sell to more than 100 countries through our own sales companies and external distributors, and we are part of the global hearing healthcare group Demant who employs more than 25,000 employees worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced international profile who can oversee and grow our International Sales distribution. The position is located at our modern headquarters in Middelfart.

DO YOU THRIVE IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL SALES?

We’re looking for a motivated and aspiring International Sales Manager to join our distributor sales team reporting to the International Sales Director, Distributors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 3-5 years of experience in international sales who is ready to grow in a global role.
You will have the opportunity to develop sales in different markets by ensuring that our distributors have the required skills and know-how in terms of sales and market activities. In this role, you will coordinate and implement sales and market activities by handling the full product line of diagnostic instruments.

Working closely with our external distributors in your markets, your main tasks will be to:

  • Support and ensure development of our distributors regarding sales and product knowledge
  • Build strong business relationships to distributors and KOL’s in local markets
  • Assist and collaborate with tenders, product launches and local/regional events
  • Forecast, develop market plans, and prepare budgets
  • Travel to visit distributors and customers (approx. 80–100 days per year)

This role gives you the chance to work with a wide range of markets and cultures, and to help grow, one of the most respected brands in audiology.

EXPERIENCE WITH GLOBAL SALES

You have solid business understanding and experience in managing commercial initiatives on export markets. You have a relevant commercial/engineering degree. Furthermore, you have sound experience in international sales and working across borders.

We imagine that you:

  • have around 3 years of experience from sales roles working in an international environment
  • understand and navigate well in different cultures
  • will put in an extra effort, when called upon.
  • enjoy actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and business meetings.
  • find that business travelling is exciting and travelling between 80-100 days yearly fuels your interest.
  • are an excellent communicator and well at connecting with business representatives across cultures and at all levels of organizations is a natural trait of yours.
  • are equally comfortable with engaging in technical discussions with specialists as well as socializing at dinner conversations with business representatives.
