Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic and operational roadmaps for the Latin American market. Establish and expand a profitable distributor network, opening new markets and finding new business partners. Manage and support existing distributors and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local market conditions and company targets. Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting. Conduct trainings, product presentations, and actively participate in industry events and live surgeries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons. Das bringst Du mit Your Profile: University degree in Business, International Management, Medical Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in medical devices. Fluent in Spanish and English, with very good German communication skills. Strong understanding of the Latin American healthcare market and an established network. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
