Owlet is looking for an energetic, passionate, and well-rounded Sales professional who has expertise managing the Amazon business and can operate in a lean environment and provide incredible support to our International Sales team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • More than 3 years recent working knowledge and experience on the Amazon.com platform with a proven track record
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales/Account Management role
  • Broad understanding of retail and digital marketplaces in top international markets (APAC & EMEA)
  • Work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of clients and team members in various time zones around the world
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Independent and quick self learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite

  • Experience with sales forecasting tools

Responsibilities
  • Amazon (UK/Europe)


    • Determine the optimum Amazon strategy for Owlet’s international markets with primary focus on the UK and EU.

    • Build a business plan that encompasses sales, marketing, product, logistics, promotional plans to meet revenue and P&L objectives
    • Liaise regularly with the distributors and sales teams to ensure complementary strategies across all markets
    • Continuously audit the PDPs and drive optimisation with the product and marketing teams ensuring strong discoverability both organic and paid
    • Develop the sales forecast, manage the inventory levels and promotional budgets
    • Oversee the review ratings and work with the customer service and marketing teams
    • Boost the Amazon relationship to ensure that there is maximum visibility and understanding of the Amazon platform as it relates to the babycare category (new features, category insights, and partnership opportunities)
    • Interact with all internal teams at Owlet to ensure the success of the business (US sales team, legal, operations, product, marketing, finance)
    • Work with the international teams to share success stories and upcoming evolutions on the platform which may become relevant in other markets

      • Assist in managing ongoing business in international markets (APAC & EMEA).

      • Manage distributor relationships in specific European markets and Australia, ensuring the quarterly plan is being executed.
      • Analyse and interpret all relevant international sales data - historical units, revenue, channel inventory, revenue targets, and make recommendations on forecasting and opportunities for growth.
      • Support with bridging the gap between internal marketing teams and Owlet’s distributors to ensure assets, best practices and content is shared across.
