International Business Development ManagerEstablished Search is partnering with a leading European manufacturer of Physical Rehabilitation equipment to appoint an International Business Development Manager.This is an opportunity to take ownership of international distributor markets, developing existing partnerships while identifying new distributors, channels and growth opportunities.

Location: Europe – flexibleThis position can be based anywhere in Europe, provided you have good access to international transport links.

• Responsibilities:Manage and develop a portfolio of international distributor markets, driving both sales and margin growth.
• Identify and appoint new distributors across underpenetrated and developing markets.
• Lead commercial and pricing negotiations with international partners.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations to therapists, clinicians and other end users within hospitals and rehabilitation centres.
• Assess existing channel structures and identify opportunities for new partners, channels or routes to market.
• Train and support international distributor teams, ensuring they can confidently position and sell the product portfolio.
• Represent the business at international exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

• The Ideal Candidate:Proven commercial experience across International markets.
• Demonstrable success in Business Development.
• Ideally located within Germany, Benelux, France or the UK, with good access to international transport links.
• Fluent English is essential. German or other European/international languages would be advantage
