About the Role We’re expanding our global footprint and seeking a driven International Sales & Market Development Manager to accelerate our growth in international markets. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to build partnerships, explore new markets, and drive business opportunities across regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies across international territories. Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients worldwide. Gather market insights and provide feedback to align product offerings with global demands. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen visibility and generate leads. Analyze performance metrics and market data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. About You Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales or business development. Great communication and negotiation skills with the cultural awareness and sensitivity to global business practices. Strong problem solving and analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Knowledge of international trade processes and regulations would be added advantage. Self-driven and globally minded professional who enjoys building connections and driving results across borders.
