YOUR OPPORTUNITY As an International Sales Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for Greenheck Group international customers, agents, and representatives by providing superior customer service, before, during, and after the sales transaction. Please note: Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Maintain sales and service levels for the respective regional accounts, representatives, export service vendors, and internal departments via telephone and email communications within a specific response time. Support inquiries regarding special design requests (SDR’s), field problems, complex shipping issues, coordinate ocean freight quotes, and provide general technical assistance as needed. Train reps on the use of CAPS and Greenheck.com. Gather feedback from reps and end-users on product design, customer service, and market competition and report feedback to appropriate business unit. Provide back-up for other members of the international sales team. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of customer service standards to make the sales department more efficient. Provide support to onsite customer service teams located in our international manufacturing facility. Ensure international sales policy compliance when conducting business with our customers (warranty, discount, payment, etc..) Ensure customs compliance when conducting business with international customers. Assist with training new and existing customer service team members to deliver high class customer service. Process discount requests and follow up with customers or reps as needed. Minimal travel is required WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 4-6 years of relevant work experience required. 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required. 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred. The starting base pay range for this position is $60,859-$75,179 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
