JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the client experience as it relates to international sales clients and customers. Support function for client contact via incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails and client showroom visits; and direct assistance to representatives as inside partner. Additional job-related/territory duties and showroom responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Proficient in MS word and excel
Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently and professionally
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented and organized with an ability to multitask
Driven, self starter who is comfortable working autonomously
Superior time management skills and comprehension of global time zones
Desire to work as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study
Minimum 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to given customer accounts
Manage client inquiries including: inventory tracking, sample requests, order placement, product information, and project specific follow-up
Work cross-functionally with colleagues and managers in operations, resource management, quality assurance and fulfillment
Collaborate with sales team to design expansion plans and account management strategies
Develop and nurture strong working relationships both internally and externally
Interact with clients with the ability to openly talk about our sales line and guide our customers through the showroom experience.
Miscellaneous duties include local showroom sample inventory maintenance, and maintaining work environment to Maharam standards
