Job Description 🌍 International Sales Team Lead (B2B) – DACH Focus Location: Poland (preferably Warsaw or Krakow) Markets: DACH (Germany & Austria as priority), Czech Republic, Slovakia Languages: Polish – fluent | German – fluent or very good (C1) | English – professional working proficiency About the Role We are looking for an experienced International Sales Team Lead to drive Autenti’s expansion in the DACH region. This role combines hands-on B2B sales, team leadership, and strategic market development. You will work across customer segments – from SME to Enterprise – while building, coaching and leading a small international sales team. This is a key role with direct impact on revenue growth, sales strategy and Autenti’s market position in Europe. Key responsibilities in 4 areas: 1. Sales & market expansion: Develop and execute the international sales strategy with a strong focus on DACH markets. Actively supporting the team in acquiring new customers while personally leading and closing more complex B2B deals across SME, mid-market and enterprise segments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Respond to RFI/RFPs and negotiate commercial agreements. 2. Leadership & team management Lead, coach and develop a small international sales team. Set individual and team sales targets and support team members in achieving them. Participate in recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of sales talent. Build a performance-driven, collaborative and customer-focused sales culture. 3. Process, performance & collaboration Structure and optimize sales processes to ensure high-quality customer engagement. Track sales performance, KPIs, pipeline and revenue forecasts in CRM (Hubspot). Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives. Build internal sales knowledge bases, processes and sales supporting materials. 4. Brand & market presence Represent Autenti at international trade shows, conferences and industry events. Monitor market trends, competition and regulatory developments. Support positioning Autenti as a thought leader in e-identity and e-signature solutions. Qualifications Who we’re looking for? We are looking for an experienced and self-driven sales leader who combines strong business acumen with a high level of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate: Has proven experience in B2B sales, including direct/personal selling from SME to Enterprise customers. Has experience in leading, coaching or managing a sales team. Demonstrates a strong understanding of international markets, preferably within the DACH region. Is self-driven and proactive, learns quickly and actively seeks knowledge rather than waiting for instructions. Combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. Values continuous learning and builds expertise through self-education and practical experience. Remains flexible and adaptable when priorities, expectations or market conditions change. Identifies problems and actively works to solve them, rather than only pointing them out. Is reliable and accountable – delivers on commitments, meets deadlines and follows through on promises. Builds relationships naturally – both with customers and internal teams – and integrates easily across the organization.
