Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Local Agent or HUB Agent in an operational or logistics environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership, preferably managing remote or multi-country teams.
• Strong operational expertise in PDA handling, funds management, cargo operations, and cargo documentation issuance.
• Fluent English is required (spoken and written); additional languages are considered an asset.
• Willingness and availability to travel and meet clients when required, particularly in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international, and deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in regional or international operations management.
• Background in cargo, aviation, logistics, or express services.
• Experience working with multicultural and cross-border teams.
