REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A bold portfolio featuring short-form social content that’s been shared, saved, or gone viral - or grown accounts over time. This is required.
  • You must be able to efficiently capture and edit high-impact short-form videos with smooth transitions, music, captions, effects, and animation — creating polished, platform-ready content with speed, creativity, and a get-it-done attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft content with engagement and growth in mind - strong hooks, relatable visuals, and platform-native formats.
  • Fast turnaround ability without sacrificing quality — you can design, animate, and edit at speed
  • Experience designing repeatable systems: templates, carousels, branded reels, and executive content kits.
  • Mastery of Canva, CapCut and mobile-first editing tools - you make content fast, adapt even faster, and keep it fresh.
  • Evidence that you can help someone else grow - like building a personal brand for an executive, influencer, or creator.
  • You’re strategic but scrappy: you test, learn, iterate, and know that sometimes the right post at the right time really can go viral.
  • You’re a creative thinker with a sharp sense of humor and a talent for turning dry content into something engaging and memorable.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and define the look and feel of international leaders and eXp’s international social presence - from color palettes and typography to templates, visual language, and motion style.
  • Build and grow the personal brands of international leadership through strategic, high-quality short-form content and consistent design systems.
  • Create scroll-stopping visuals (reels, carousels, hooks, quote cards, thumbnails) using Canva, CapCut and other social editing tools.
  • Design and maintain mood boards, content kits, and repeatable templates that elevate the brands (business and leadership) across markets.
  • Edit videos, apply motion graphics, and animate content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Run a fast-paced, always-on content calendar - from concept and design to final publish.
  • Occasionally travel to capture content on-site at international events or with key leaders.
  • Collaborate with leaders and international teams to shape brand identity and ensure global creative consistency.
