International Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

for the German-speaking market. 

Your responsibilities will include:

actively supporting us in filling our strategically important key positions and not shying away from even the toughest recruiting cases.

You will contribute your sourcing expertise in a variety of ways.

You have a keen eye for detail: selecting and managing all types of staffing agencies is a breeze for you and your sourcing skills.

You are passionate about supporting our employer branding efforts.

What you bring to the table:

Ideally, you have already worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager or recruitment consultant and possess knowledge of active sourcing and common tools (e.g., Xing Talent Manager).

You communicate with our candidates on equal terms.

With your digital and analytical mindset, you're open to innovative, unconventional sourcing strategies and thrive in an independent work environment.
