主要工作內容

  • 協助處理銷售支援業務,包括回覆客戶諮詢與學生申請程序
  • 執行學生資料管理與文件處理等行政支援工作
  • 與經驗豐富的顧問合作,學習國際教育制度與最佳實務
  • 協助製作宣傳資料並進行市場調查以支援行銷活動
  • 參與內部培訓與工作坊,提升留學顧問所需之技能與知識

Responsibilities
  • Assist in sales support functions, including responding to customer inquiries and processing student applications.
  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining student records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants to learn about international education systems and best practices.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and conducting market research.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance consulting skills and knowledge.
