OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic Global Engagement team and play a role in attracting top international students. We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide essential administrative and operational support to the International Recruitment team. In a competitive global market, you’ll contribute to the delivery of innovative recruitment activities, directly supporting the University’s international vision.
Your excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
We’re looking for an organised team player with a proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate commitment, accountability, and flexibility. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of Global Engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Organise the logistics of inward visits (individual student visits and groups), liaising with academic Schools, room bookings, catering, student ambassadors etc.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and management of student ambassadors.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to education agency applications and contracts, as well as individual student applications.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and other finance-related tasks.
  • Support travelling staff within International Recruitment with logistics related to travel such as freight requests.
  • Support agent compliance and Agent Quality Framework tasks including communicating with education agencies.
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students, their families, agents and counsellors - offering the highest levels of customer service and cultural awareness.
  • Contribute to short-term projects within own area or contribute as part of larger department-wide project teams, to support the achievements of objectives.
  • Carry out analysis of information, including agent performance data identifying any areas that require addressing, and presenting results accurately and appropriately
