About the Role – Make Your Mark
We’re seeking a results-driven, creatively minded professional to lead our international and domestic student recruitment. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll build high-impact relationships, create bold campaigns, and drive enrollment growth through onshore and offshore channels.
This is your chance to lead from the front, pitch Evolution’s world-class programs to key partners and students, and shape the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Your Mission
Identify, nurture, and convert leads into enrolments across global markets
Build and grow agent and institutional partnerships with confidence and flair
Develop a forward-thinking marketing & recruitment calendar: expos, digital events, and more
Shape innovative campaigns for digital and print – think big, act bold
Represent Evolution at international events, bringing our vision to life across borders
What You Bring
A sharp sales instinct and proven recruitment success (3+ years preferred)
Passion for education, international markets, and building future pathways
Deep understanding of international student trends, SSVF frameworks & visa processes
Strong CRM, data management and digital marketing skills
Outstanding interpersonal communication — persuasive, polished, and professional
Experience developing or using marketing assets, brochures, and social content
Willingness to travel internationally with a current passport
