Description
The Sourcing Management Specialist supports the Tech Sourcing and Strategy Lead in the continuous revision of the sourcing services required by the business. He/She helps in the management of IT Outsourcers in both delivery and services and manages the relationship with the sources and define the improvement required. Support on end-to-end sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ/RFP) including gathering requirements, market research, evaluating proposals, decision processes (TCO analysis, scenario analysis, etc.), conduct negotiation and awarding Support vendor relationship management, performance tracking, issue management and resolution while facilitating supplier review and continuous improvement Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers Supporting the execution of sourcing strategies Helping in defining quality and quantity metrics Assisting in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers Execute analysis and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing engagements, creating Dashboard for management of the assessments and the performance of suppliers Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations. This Sourcing role is a stepping stone to more senior roles within the sourcing department. It provides an opportunity to learn about the company’s sourcing processes and strategies, and to develop skills in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and risk management.
