Job Description Your tasks include tracking legal changes in international tax law, particularly in the areas of transfer pricing and permanent establishments, deriving new compliance requirements from these changes, and supporting their implementation. You are actively responsible in projects for the implementation of new tax requirements and organizational changes, specifically regarding international tax law requirements. Defining tax law standards for transfer pricing and permanent establishment matters for the global group, including risk management specifications, is your responsibility. You will oversee tax audits and official procedures concerning international tax law issues. Reviewing new cross-border business transactions for various tax requirements is part of your area of responsibility. Qualifications Education: Completed university degree or, if applicable, tax advisor examination. Experience and Expertise: Several years of professional experience in international tax, ideally in the tax department of a multinational corporation or with a tax consulting firm; expert knowledge particularly in transfer pricing and permanent establishments. Personality and Working Style: You are consistently responsible and work independently and structured; your reliability distinguishes you. Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in an international network. Languages: Fluent in written and spoken in English. German advantageous.
