Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice to business units in different jurisdictions and advise in general business tax queries
  • Monitor tax compliance for corporate income tax and related tax obligations in relation to business units in different jurisdictions
  • Review quarterly income tax provisions and deferred taxes under local GAAP and IFRS
  • Maintain overview and reporting on tax KPI’s, tax cashflow, tax compliance status, tax risks
  • Support the SVP International Tax in Luxembourg with respect of diversified tax projects including the preparation of tax memos for internal and external documentation of significant transactions
  • Provide support in all tax related issues during mergers, acquisitions and divestments
  • Collaborate with group tax, regional finance teams, legal, treasury, and external partners
  • Manage relationships with key tax authorities
  • Handling queries from the tax authorities and dealing with corporate income tax audits and controversies
  • Monitor developments in the tax legislation in different jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliance with local tax developments, including Pillar II, DAC 6 and transfer pricing
