About the Department: We provide advisory and compliance services to leading financial institutions in Israel and worldwide – banks, insurance companies, investment houses, funds, and FinTech firms – in the areas of international regulation, risk management, and compliance. Role Overview: Lead and manage the QI (Qualified Intermediary) practice within the firm, overseeing regulatory implementation, team leadership, and complex projects for top-tier financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team and projects related to compliance and reporting to U.S. tax authorities (IRS) Implement QI requirements, develop procedures, controls, and best-practice workflows Lead periodic reviews and provide ongoing advisory services to clients Adapt IT systems to regulatory requirements and ensure reporting accuracy Deliver professional guidance and support to financial sector clients – banks, funds, and investment houses Oversee ongoing reporting and prepare reports for tax authorities Develop and deliver training sessions and professional enrichment for clients and internal teams Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Law – mandatory Proven experience and familiarity with QI regulations and IRS requirements - advantage Solid background in compliance, international taxation, or financial risk management – mandatory Experience managing teams and complex projects – advantage Full proficiency in English and Hebrew Strong command of Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with financial institutions (banks, insurance, investment houses, etc.) – significant advantage Experience or background in U.S. taxation – significant advantage Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills The position is intended for everyone.
