Your primary responsibility will be to drive international sales by conducting outreach and following up with prospects, ensuring they understand the unique benefits of our educational offerings. As an International Telesales Specialist, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to understand the needs of families around the world and guide them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective international customers and engage them in meaningful conversations about our programs. Identify customer needs and tailor presentations to highlight the value of iSchool courses in coding and technology. Follow-up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty, assisting them throughout the enrollment process. Collaborate with international marketing and sales teams to develop strategies tailored to various regional markets. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement to management. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in target markets. Minimum of 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in an international sales environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment.
