POSITION OVERVIEW
The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Office of Trade and Investment is seeking to hire a Methods and Procedures Advisor. This position will work closely with the management team to develop and coordinate the office’s program performance measures, track and report client data relative to trade and investment programs, and track and report on relevant export, import and investment statistics. The Illinois Office of Trade and Investment is charged with promoting Illinois internationally as a place to expand one’s business, provides export assistance and facilitates bilateral engagement with foreign governments. Illinois is a top exporting state, and as such also provides financial resources to exporting companies through the ISTEP program.
