KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A detail-oriented problem solver with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas, XLOOKUPs)
  • Experience working with complex data sets—ideally within retail or supply chain
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to work across teams and with suppliers
  • A positive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to change
  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the international data team by ensuring accurate and compliant product data for export markets
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to gather and maintain essential trade data
  • Manage key admin processes including data auditing, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Build relationships with suppliers to guide them through compliance and system processes
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies using large data sets and internal tools
  • Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, and data accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Supply Chain, International and Distribution teams
