International Trade Support Analyst A Career with Point72’s International Trade Support Team At Point72, our International Trade Support team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our global trading activity. We provide operational excellence across a wide range of products — equities, options, FX, CFDs, swaps, fixed income, repos, futures, and other derivatives — working closely with our Front Office, Back Office, Compliance, Technology, and external counterparties. Point72’s Operations functions support critical business functions across multiple teams, including Trade Desk Support, Operational Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting. These teams ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of core processes while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. What you’ll do Perform Daily reconciliations of equities, options, CFDs, fixed income securities, derivatives, repos, FX, and futures Confirm and reconcile positions with prime brokers and trading counterparties Review, verify, and process both mandatory and voluntary corporate action events Partner with portfolio managers, traders, and external counterparties to resolve trade-related discrepancies quickly and accurately Maintain and update security data during European trading hours Respond to ad‑hoc queries from internal and external stakeholders Identify automation opportunities and workflow enhancements to drive efficiency and strengthen controls What’s REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics 0–3 years of experience in middle office operations, trade support, or a related function within a financial institution Knowledge of financial instruments, corporate actions, and Bloomberg terminal Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment A self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently while upholding the highest ethical standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Commitment to the highest ethical standards We take care of our people We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
